Empelvic® Voucher Terms and Conditions - Vouchers issued at Everywoman Festival 2026

Everywoman Festival 2026 voucher has been produced by Owen Mumford Limited (OM), the manufacturer of Empelvic devices.
The voucher can be redeemed against the purchase of an Empelvic device atwww.claritistore.com (the “Website”). To redeem the voucher, you should input its unique code where indicated at the point of checkout.

All purchases made on the Website are subject to OM’s Terms of Sale (including its Returns Policy) as set out on the Website.

In addition, the following terms apply to your use of this voucher:

  • The value of the voucher, if still valid, will be deducted from the relevant payment when you purchase an Empelvic device from the Website.
  • The voucher can only be redeemed on the Website in connection with a purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash. The voucher has no exchange value.
  • The voucher will not apply to reduce any delivery charges.
  • Vouchers can only be redeemed through the UK Clariti website and in GBP.
  • If for any reason you are entitled to any refund in connection with your purchase of an Empelvic device, then your refund will be the discounted price actually paid and not the full listed price.
  • If you comply with the terms for your refund (e.g. return of the product), you will also be issued with a replacement voucher with the same value and terms as the one you used for your original order.
  • Unless otherwise stated on its face, the voucher is for a single use only.
  • Multiple vouchers cannot be used in the same transaction.
  • Vouchers issued at Everywoman Festival 2026 are valid for a limited period only and must be redeemed by 31st July 2026.
  • OM may withdraw or cancel the voucher at any time and for any reason and does not guarantee that the voucher will remain valid and capable of redemption.

Prize Draw to win a Spa Voucher at Everywoman Festival.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1.           This prize draw is operated and supplied by Owen Mumford Limited (company number 01257871) of Primsdown Industrial Estate, Worcester Road, Chipping Norton, OX7 5XP (“OM”).

2.           The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or older, except employees of OM, their families, agents or any third party directly involved in administering the prize draw.

3.           In order to be entered into the prize draw, you must purchase an Empelvic device from OM whilst attending Everywoman Festival (the “Show”) on 13th June 2026. If you purchase a device from us at the show you will be automatically entered into the prize draw unless you ask us not to enter you.

4.           Each individual entry can only be used for one entry into the prize draw. Entries for the prize draw are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable.

5.           The opening date for the prize draw is Sat 13th June 2026 and the closing date is the same day.  Anyone who purchases an Empelvic device from us after these dates will not be entered into the prize draw.

6.           The prize draw will take place, and the winners will be announced and informed, not later than 19th June 2026. The voucher shall be sent to the winner not later than 26th June 2026.

7.           The prize for the winner is a voucher worth £50 from SpaSeekers (the “Prize”) which can be redeemed from any of the spas listed here.  There is one Prize to be won from the prize draw with each winner being drawn in accordance with clause 5.

8.           Following the prize draw, OM will notify the winners via email and/or phone.  If a winner does not respond to OM within 7 days of being notified by OM, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and OM may select another winner with no liability to the original winner.

9.           The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

10.        OM accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

11.        OM reserves the right to reschedule the date and time of the prize or replace the prize with an equivalent alternative prize if circumstances beyond OM's control makes it necessary to do so.

12.        The decision of OM regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

13.        OM must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails info@owenmumford.com within one month after the closing date stated in paragraph 5. If you object to your surname being published or made available, please email OM at info@owenmumford.com. In such circumstances, OM must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

14.        Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. OM reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

15.        OM reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

16.        Insofar as is permitted by law, OM will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of OM or its personnel. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.

17.        Personal data supplied by you during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in OM’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Notice set out below.

18.        These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion or public voters wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of England and Wales.
