Empelvic® Voucher Terms and Conditions - Vouchers issued at GenM Live March 2026

GenM Live 2026 voucher has been produced by Owen Mumford Limited (OM), the manufacturer of Empelvic devices.
The voucher can be redeemed against the purchase of an Empelvic device atwww.claritistore.com (the “Website”). To redeem the voucher, you should input its unique code where indicated at the point of checkout.

All purchases made on the Website are subject to OM’s Terms of Sale (including its Returns Policy) as set out on the Website.

In addition, the following terms apply to your use of this voucher:

• The value of the voucher, if still valid, will be deducted from the relevant payment when you purchase an Empelvic device from the Website.
• The voucher can only be redeemed on the Website in connection with a purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash. The voucher has no exchange value.
• The voucher will not apply to reduce any delivery charges.
• Vouchers can only be redeemed through the UK Clariti website and in GBP.
• If for any reason you are entitled to any refund in connection with your purchase of an Empelvic device, then your refund will be the discounted price actually paid and not the full listed price.
• If you comply with the terms for your refund (e.g. return of the product), you will also be issued with a replacement voucher with the same value and terms as the one you used for your original order.
• Unless otherwise stated on its face, the voucher is for a single use only.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used in the same transaction.
• Vouchers issued at GenM Live 2026 are valid for a limited period only and must be redeemed by 30 April 2026.
• OM may withdraw or cancel the voucher at any time and for any reason and does not guarantee that the voucher will remain valid and capable of redemption.
