Our Policy
Our policy on returns depends upon the product you have ordered from us:
1. If you have ordered a medical device or product which arrives sealed in its packaging, then I’m afraid we do not accept returns for health and hygiene reasons unless the product hasn’t been opened and remains sealed when returned; and
2. For any other products which are not sealed on delivery or where their seals remain intact and not tampered with, we have a 14 day returns policy from the point of delivery.
Where your product is eligible for a return, you have 14 days after receiving it to notify us that you want to cancel your order.
How to make a return
If you want to tell us about a return, you should first check our terms and conditions to ensure you are eligible to do so.
If you are entitled to return the product, you should call customer services on 01608 645555 or email us at customerservicesuk@owenmumford.com to tell us the details of your order, the reason for your return and to request a return label. We will then give you instructions on how to return the products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging (if that packaging was sealed on delivery, it must still be sealed). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your product has been opened or, in the case of unsealed products, has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to establish its condition and function (i.e. how you might handle it in a shop) we reserve the right to deduct any loss of value in the goods from your refund or refuse to pay any refund if the goods are no longer suitable for re-sale.
Damages and issues
Where you want to make a return because a product you have received form us is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you, either by sending you a replacement product or by offering you a refund.
Your rights to a refund or replacement for any incorrect or damaged product will depend on the reasons for the damage or error and when you tell us about the issue.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
