Our Policy
Our policy on returns depends upon the product you have ordered from us:
1. If you have ordered a medical device or product which arrives sealed in its packaging, then I’m afraid we do not accept returns for health and hygiene reasons unless the product hasn’t been opened and remains sealed when returned; and
2. For any other products which are not sealed on delivery or where their seals remain intact and not tampered with, we have a 14 day returns policy.

How to make a return
If you want to tell us about a return, you should first check our terms and conditions to ensure you are eligible to do so.
If you are entitled to return the product, you should call customer services on 01993 812021 or email us at customerserviceuk@owenmumford.com to tell us the details of your order, the reason for your return and to request a return label.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Where you want to make a return because a product you have received form us is is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you, either by sending you a replacement product or by offering you a refund.
Your rights to a refund or replacement for any incorrect or damaged product will depend on the reasons for the damage or error and when you tell us about the issue.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
